For over twenty-five years we have worked specifically in providing process improvements via technology to help health and human service organizations be more productive and fulfill their mission and organizational vision. We’ve worked with organizations in nearly all fifty states and have completed both process optimization services and return-on-investment analyses for all types of organizations including Beth Israel Hospital (NY), Detroit Department of Public Health, The State of Hawaii, The State of Texas, Richland Newhope (OH), Santa Barbara County (CA), and Yolo County (CA). Ted specifically was the lead consultant on a number of additional projects including CCHIT Certification for the myAvatar application provided by Netsmart Technologies.

We have also provided hundreds of electronic health record demonstrations to all parts of the healthcare market, and have been the lead in answering hundreds of requests for proposals for all times of healthcare providers.

Some organizations are very successful with implementing new processes and technology, while others are not. There are many reasons why this happens, but the most important thing is to complete a full analysis of where you are in this maturation, where you are in the relationship with your vendor, where are you in relationship to your competitors, and push forward. The market is transforming and the more Medicaid and Medicare push specific quality data requirements, the more important technology will be to your company.

Ted has explicitly worked to provide technology to help health and human service organizations be more productive and fulfill their mission and organizational vision. He has worked with organizations in nearly all fifty states. He has completed process optimization services and return-on-investment analyses for all types of facilities, including Beth Israel Hospital (NY), the Detroit Department of Public Health, the State of Hawaii, and the State of Texas.
Ted has also worked as a sales leader for several electronic health record companies, including Netsmart Technologies, Sequest Technologies, and Streamline Healthcare Solutions. Ted helps organizations clean up processes, build new systems, expand services, connect better with staff and clients, and leverage technology to manage their organizations better. He has led clinical and sales teams and is focused on producing tangible results for the organizations he serves.
In August 2014, Ted was hired as the VP of Sales & Marketing for Streamline Healthcare Solutions. He was the only salesperson for the first 14 months of his tenure. He built a national sales team with no outside investments, including sales engineering and marketing functions. In March of 2023, Streamline was sold to Guage Capital.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT + CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Ted increases efficiency by analyzing workflows, documenting processes, and designing solutions for improvement. Combined with coaching staff at all levels, this consistently leads to increased revenue and cost savings.

Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology along with a Master’s in Health Administration.

I’ve worked with and for a number of companies over the past twenty years. The goal will always be leaving the organization in a much better position than when I came in.

Ted has over twenty-five years of healthcare management experience. He has led both clinical and sales teams, and is completely focused on producing tangible results for the health and human services market. Prior to joining Streamline, Ted worked in numerous leadership roles including national sales director and regional vice president for some of the largest software vendors in the health and human services market. Ted has over seventeen years of experience in software, as well as an additional six years of experience in direct care management where he managed logistical coordination of rehabilitation services for clients with traumatic brian injuries. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology along with a Master’s in Health Administration.
